12/12/22 ###IF = Lose Weight = No gout

 Let's start with tonight.  I skip dinner.

Nope.  Change of plan.

Breakfast - Oatmeal

Lunch - 1 serving of rice

Dinner - 1 serving of rice.

Oh yeah, I plan to get rid of Sugar and Flour.
