19/12/22 ***Everything is difficult before it is easy

 Before I do my afternoon walk:

I feel so lazy.  As if the laziness is sucking my energy away.  I feel my body aching.

This I have to fight.  It is not about listening to a ch[e]ck (chick) doing a pep talk.

I need dopamine.  Or should I count on serotonin?

Whatever it is, I can do a pep talk.  It is not about that.  I need to get into action.

I need to *mo[r]e more.  For the past 3 months, I didn't do that.  I should load in that 2 hours a day.  That is the remedy.

* Ye[ar] (Yes) I got it. 

Say, since you hang out with me so much, why not you help me with my training?

After I do my afternoon walk:

Man, after shower, I feel like a million buck.

I'm so glad I made the decision to move more.  It is so refreshing.  Only for just one hour and then; heaven.

Most of the time I write nonsense.  So it is a good decision  for me to be by myself.

I decided to do OMAD Lunch during the training the whole week.

Training mode is good.  It allows me to eat right.
