Tonight I am panning for gold. It's been a while since I did that.

Panning for gold requires a lot of sieving. And yet by the Power of Grey Skull, we have Bailamos. This is too amazing even to me.

Takotsubo syndrome is a sudden and acute form of heart failure. Symptoms can be similar to a heart attack. It is also known as takotsubo cardiomyopathy, broken heart syndrome, acute stress-induced cardiomyopathy, and apical ballooning. The heart muscle becomes suddenly weakened or ‘stunned’ and the left ventricle, one of the heart’s chambers, changes shape. This affects the heart’s ability to pump blood.

My gold nugget for tonight is karuj (Japanese for sudden heart attack). I didn't know that it goes by a different name.
So, imagine... It is an instant death.
Today we learn how to avoid karuj:
AVOID STRESS.
I had done away with my Hypertension pills. My heartbeat is back to normal.
I believe the result is because I did OMEH and I did AHAD. The more reason why I should exercise.
The basic benefit of exercise is the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system.
Your parasympathetic nervous system is a network of nerves that relaxes your body after periods of stress or danger. It also helps run life-sustaining processes, like digestion, during times when you feel safe and relaxed.
When the parasympathetic nervous system (PSNS) is activated, it slows our heart and breathing rates, lowers blood pressure, and promotes digestion. Our body enters a state of relaxation, and this relaxation breeds recovery. The more time we spend in a PSNS state, the healthier we are.
There are many ways to practice using your parasympathetic nervous system. These include mild exercise, meditation, yoga, deep breathing from your diaphragm, and even nature walks. For some people, traditional meditation isn't their thing. It's about finding your body's way of meditating, what helps you to decompress.
Now that is panning for gold.

Truly, at 55 I am creating a new S Curve altogether.
Enough of poisons and stupid mistakes. Enough of Bipolar. Enough of being overweight and having inflammation.
From 1/10/19 I DECIDE that I will take control of my future and my happiness.
It is true then that 2019 is the tail end of the previous S Curve with the quitting of the 3 Cs. Then good three-quarters of the year I was struggling with weight and inflammation.
Now I DECIDE by 1/10/19 I start with a new S Curve. No more carrying forward the limiting beliefs of the past 20 years.
* Instead I carry forward the empowering beliefs
Firstly I must believe that my Path is straight. Where I am going is glorious, albeit my Vision Quest and my afterlife.
Secondly, I must believe that I am special. I am a subset of God. Hence I am godly myself. All matters are intelligent and all matters are gods. I firmly believe that.
I can beat Bipolar through diet and exercise. It's all about managing the neurotransmitters, particularly dopamine.
I am no longer addicted to cigarettes, cannabis, cunts, and Nicorette even. I am already a winner the day I quit cigarettes and dope. Now I am almost back to zero (if I successfully quit Nicorette) and I should be moving North soon (start running for 5 km).
I am the luckiest person among my siblings, friends, and immediate family. I have it all without having to work for a living although I don't have much money.
Finally, no more buying the same things more and more expensive. Instead, I eat less and less frequently. I ma[]k[e] (mark) the completion of my life's hedonic adaptation with the G Shock Indulgence beginning 18/10/19.
