17/12/22 ***The challenge is to remain levelheaded

 The odds are against me.  I have bipolar.  Need to settle the dopamine issue.

Then I have to deal with gout, hypertension, and obesity.

My first win is the cataract.  When I win this, everything else is possible.

Gout is a very complicated business.

I have to win all my illnesses.

I am fat, sick, and nearly dead.

For those who are experiencing the tragedy, it is big.  Forthe observers, it is just a passing thought.

I have to fight this losing thought.

First, I got to fight bipolar.  That is by being thin.

Same with gout.  By being thin.
