The time has come for me to admit that I am experiencing the state of being stupid. It is not intended on purpose but true enough I am experiencing the state of being stupid.
As a countermeasure, I'll walk today.
What else do I need to do?
I need to avoid being depressed.
I need to wake up at 4:30 am again.
I need to differentiate between pleasure and contentment.
There are small matters to me. I only have to break the pattern.
I need to fight inertia.
The most important thing is to keep on moving. Then I have to be thin.
Goes back to OMEH and 2MEH.
I'll do 2MEH instead.
No need for a substance. Only need water and air.
