First and foremost, I gained 20 kn in 3 months. Something is really wrong there. I eat wrongly.
I should be eating lightly and in accordance with my consumption.

Morning - ACV
Lunch - Oatmeal
Dinner - Full meal
Exercise - AHAD am and pm
IT IS AN EXPERIMENT
I have to try it.
Drink ACV up to 3x a day.
Today I'll do that.
