18/12/22 ^^^The no fatigue campaign against Sugar and Flour

 It starts with water and air.

Then the supplements

Then Ural

Walk a bit after the meal

Then ACV.

The effect is food makes me energized.

Move more.

I sleep early tonight.

Tomorrow I wake up at 4:30 am

All these are not one-off things.  I have to do it over and over again until I make it a habit.
