29/12/222 ***I cannot afford downtime

From now until 7/1/23, I need to go easy on the exercise.  Cannot afford to miss the Van Gogh exhibition.

My priority is to get thin.  That means the emphasis is on food management.  Exercise is limited to walking.  That's what I do for the next 3 months.  

It seems that this is not a short-term measure.  30 kg in 6 months.  And then the running.  This requires total commitment.  Not enough that I put in the effort.

The weight problem is serious.  I need to walk at least AHAD.  Definitely I need to eat sensibly. My Target is to lose 10 kg in January.

I have to do it.  This is already critical.  The culprit is the 3-in-1 Coffee.

Very well, beginning tomorrow, I enforce my 2023 resolution.

No breakfast, ACV, no 3-in-1 Coffee, Oatmeal Lunch, single serving dinner, exercise 2 hours a day, 2MEH.  These are my 2023 improvements.
