It depends on two things; the leg pain disappears and the ability to sleep early. Looks like both are not happening.
I don't want to push it. One week of training is too soon.
That's it. I'm calling off the climb.
I try to sleep by 11:00 pm tonight.
If I can't then perhaps it is not meant to be.
The cut-off is at 10:00 pm. Then lights out.
If within 1 hour I cannot sleep, we call off the mission and party the whole night through.
