Now, back to the Life of ONE.  Everything is right.  All these are prepared for the Christmas climb.  Too early to run.  I'll try to complete as many loops as possible.

My first question is can I do 21 km just by walking?  The next question is for how long?

Even if I do 7.7 km I will still give my gratitude.

Sarah, back to business.  Today is a perfect day.  I think I can complete one cycle of Life of ONE after all.  With ACV, no hunger.  My tongue tastes bitter due to the ACV.
