18/12/22 ^^Water and air - that is the basic requirement

 Then the rest fits in - ACV.

I need to overcome fatigue.

If I am to take a single supplement, that will be  ACV.

Then I slowly add Cod Liver Oil, Multi B, and Magnesium.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, I need to eliminate Sugar and Flour.

That is the recipe for success,

The pivot is the ACV and supplements.

Just get rid of the fatigue; water and air.
