28/12/22 ^^^I have to fight fatigue

 So so tiring.  How about 2 doses of everything?  Cod Liver Oil, Multi B, and Magnesium?  A single dose starts to show effects.  I'll do double doses.  Let's wait for a while.

I feel pretty uplifted by the doses.

OK, let's start to look into the 2023 1st Quarter Planning:

  • Wake up at 7:30 am
  • Brisk Walk: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
  • ACV at 10:00 am
  • OMEH and 2MEH:  10:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Oatmeal Lunch at 12:00 noon
  • Brisk Walk:  6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Full Meal Dinner at 8:00 pm
  • Sleep at 10:00 pm
I will be thin again if I do this for 3 months before Ramadan 23/3/23.

There you go...  A plan that I can follow.
