For one, I cannot abruptly stop my medication.
Gout is so hurtful.
I will continue my medication for as long as I live.
What bothers me is I can't exercise without flaring up my joints.
I will persist. This will only last for a week.
That should get me ready for the new year.
Then comes the Van Gogh exhibition.
All these within 2 weeks.
Gout is really a nuisance.
I shall abide by the Diet Axiom.
I got to watch my diet like a hawk.
Perhaps I become a vegetarian.
I don't know. I am a frustrated man.
