 Captain's Log 001 December 2022 - Flight of Icarus.

It's been 2 years now since Sailbad the Sinner has been sailing the Flight of Icarus, the flight path to our home, the Tristars System of AlphaX64.

We suffered a major casualty with our Trailblazer, Starfleet TraXX.  Now we are on a reserve mode supported by the Astro Federation.

We are relying on their flagship, Starfleet Lite Years for the tractor beam.  The Cybernetic Loop is a bit outmoded.  They are still using second-grade signals although the waves had be[] (been) much upgraded.

A[t] (As) the Ship Captain, I am only hoping that the vessel survives the perils of the deep waters 

In my case, it is the shrill cry of the advertisement sirens.

Nevertheless, I am taking a bold step forward.

I can't do it.  The advertising sirens are too blaring.

OK, we'll do a trial run for today.
