16/12/22 &&&2023 New Year's Resolution

OMEH whenever I feel like it.

ACV - Sipping all day through

Drip Coffee - Afternoon

Oatmeal for lunch

Full meal dinner

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

No more medications.

I have to eliminate all Refined Carbs from my diet

Let's start doing the new year's resolution for next year:

1'  NO MORE 3-in-1 Coffee. - absolute junk

2.  ACV for Breakfast

3.  No more medication after losing 20 kg of weight

4.   OMEH whenever fatigued, tired, sleepy, and hungry

5.  Oatmeal for lunch

6.  Eat a full meal for dinner.

7.  STOP DRINKING CAFFEINE.  Green Tea included

8.  Ural as the anti-gout alternative

9.  DO NOT TOUCH DOPE AND CIGARETTES EVER AGAIN.

10.  2022 is the year I say no to Sugar and Flour


The effect of food after dinner tonight is fantastic.  I feel energized.  What did I do right?  I don't overeat and I drank ACV before dinner

Now, this is a revelation.  If I drink plain water and I avoid Sugar and Flour, I CAN BE THIN!

2023 is the year I go clean.

Keep it pure.  Even drinking is only water.

2023 is the year of training.

Let's do it.

  • EAT RIGHT
  • MOVE MORE
  • SLEEP WELL
