That's all I have to do to be healthy and happy.
Wealthy? There is no limit.
But the limit to health and happiness is eventually ONE.

For example, eat only quality food. No Sugar and Refined Grains. Simple solution.
Another one is for every hour, move 15 minutes.
Why wouldn't I do that? It's the SIMPLEST success formula and yet the most SUCCESSFUL.
I can be more successful than anybody standing next to me. It is the FORMULA ONE to life; diet and exercise.
I evaluated other options. With each of them, Hedonic Adaptation sets in.
Set the top and bottom limits and settle for the midpoint. CCC is my Goldilock Point
I only nee[t] (need) to commit to 3 things; EAT, MOVE, and SLEEP..
