6/12/22 ^^^I want to eat oats to remain thin.

 It's a simple deal really.  \

SOUND MIND, SOUND BODY

EAT RIGHT, MOVE MORE, AND SLEEP WELL

HEALTH AND HAPPINESS//


The answer is diet and exercise

Back to the drawing board.

Breakfast - Oatmeal

Lunch - Rice

Dinner - skip meal

No snacking in between meals.

NO 3-IN-1 COFFEE

No Ribena

No Soda.

My food really sucks.

Only this year I was terrible healthwise.

I got to stop eating junk.

I need to reduce the acid.
