5/10/22 ###I need to stick to OMAD Lunch

 In the meantime, I have to manage like a hermit.

Minimize the use of money like nobody's business.

This week I do away with indulgence eating.

I am doing away with sports attire buying.

Definitely, I am eliminating the need for new clothing.

If I eliminate food and clothing, I am well off.

I am trying a new formula.  I eat 3 biscuits at night.  Perhaps it will improve my blood sugar level.

Damn, lost to temptation.  So today, I managed to skip dinner only.
