This is my story.
So from now on I just live with my story.
For a start, I am going to eliminate these foods from my daily intake:
- Nasi Lemak
- Curry Puff
- Pisang Goreng
- Getuk Ubi
- Cucur Kodok
- Cucur Udang
- 3-in-1 Coffee
- Kuih Nyonya
- Ayam Tonggek
- Syrup
- Root Beer
I pledge not to eat these foods anymore.
You made a good choice. Radio is meant for you.
I'm in One Utama since 8:30 am for my morning walk. The feeling is like a small town waking up. The smell of bread baking, people sweeping, stores opening.
