 Back to cutting Flour and Sugar.

Back to no rice

Back to no snacking

Add pineapple and dragon fruit.

I have to do it.  OMAD Atkins Dinner.

Mopey was against the no carbs idea.

Looks like I have to settle for OMAD Dinner.

I have a good reference.  Princess eats 3 square meal but no snacking.  She maintains ideal weight.
