9/10/22 ###Now to write about what I like - Diet and Exercise

 Truly if I am going to save my own skin, I need to watch what I eat and move about more often.

The principle is to eat less and move more regardless of which protocol I follow.  Therefore today, I shall skip dinner and I shall exercise in the evening.

I need to have the patience to see the result.

Cut sweet stuff.

In principle, I need to quit breakfast and dinner.  That is why I shall persist.

I need to sweat more often.

Until I hit 70 kg, every day is a new day.

I will keep on a diet and exercise on a daily basis.

Today is 101.9 kg.  I can do better.
