21/10/22 ^^^The test is tonight

 Can I ignore the hunger noise and skip dinner tonight?

The real challenge is the ability to sustain hunger.

Always be reminded that hunger is not starvation.

So I have identified the root cause - Carbs.

Therefore the all out assault is on Sugar and Flour in general and Starch in particular.

In this mode,  I am always ravenous.

To overcome that, I am relying on the coconut biscuits.
