14/10/22 ^^^Last *entr[ance (entry) before the 40 Robbanas

 * Well, it can be the last entrance I suppose.

Last year I was at the peak of my physical health.  But when my father passed away, I was mentally unstable.  I moved from hero to zero at a blinding speed.  Within 3 months I gained 20 kg and I relapsed because I skipped the Bipolar medication.

I had been collecting the pieces ever since.  It is a long and arduous journey.  Still, I can say I am winning.  I now eat a single serving of the main course.

My ambition is to run the 21 km Bukit Kiara Hill Run.

If I cannot do that, I will walk 7.7 km.  With that, I set the upper and lower limit of my effort.

But first, as the doctor said, I got to lose weight.  That is the first priority.

Oh yeah, one piece of advice.  When you read the 40 Robbana, ignore those words in brackets.

Somebody suggested, to balance the forces of nature we:

  1. Robbana ma kholak tahaza bathila, subaha nakafaakina aza bannar

Yes, that should work.
