Today 30/9/22 marks the ending of the miraculous month of September. I am on a 6 months journey of OMAD Dinner to 1st of Ramadan (23/3/23).

It is best to assume that the blog is just a dumping ground from now on. There is no significant value in writing the blog anymore rather than expressing what is in my mind in writing.
