21/10/22 ^^^I managed to subdue the desire for Social Media. Now is to subdue the desire for carbs

 This issue arises when I take Paliperidone.  It is a dopamine antagonist.  Ever since then I need carbs, especially nasi lemak.

I need to cut carbs from my list.  If not I become carb-adapted.

I need to overcome insulin resistance.

The only way is OMAD Dinner.

Tonight, I skip dinner.

This is not a common battle with carbs.  This has to be fought while I am under the influence of Paliperidone.

The resolution is OMAD and cutting my rice in half. 

I need to be fat-adapted.

This is not good at all.  I became lazy and sleepy.

If I am to win the war against food, I have to win with IF.  I have to eat less often.

Damn Paliperidone.  Damn Paliperidone to hell!

Another tool is to declare:

ALL CARBS EXCEPT FRUIT AND VEGETABLES ARE OFF LIMITS.
