7/10/22 ^^^This is the most sensible decision

 I'll do 2MAD by skipping breakfast.  This means lunch and dinner are a must but only one serving each.

I'll do away with calories drinks and between-meal snacks.

At the same time, I sleep by 10:00 pm and wake up by 4:30 am.

My battle is with the Universe Within.

Time to shift gears.  I am to fight depression.

Right now that alternative is to not smoke dope. 

The further away I am from dope, the less depressed I am.  EVEN if that is 6 months apart from the last time I smoke dope.

What is the effect?  I am less depressed.

My real alternative is to exercise at 5:30 am
