 In conclusion, I have to get well.

I don't have to sacrifice today.  I can still opt for OMAD Breakfast.

So tired...\

I need to fight inertia.

So it is set, OMAD Breakfast.

No matter what, focus on losing "[breakfast] (weight).

* Really?  OK, tomorrow I am back to OMAD Lunch.  That's the best.
