Based on today's biofeedback, I concluded to only eat 2MAD. Surely no depression today.
That is a doable protocol. Once a month I'll do 36 Hours Fast.
Ramadan, I do OMAD but I don't exercise.
When I exercise I do 2MAD.
GET RID OF SUGAR AND FLOUR.
Let's test this hypothesis. Let's do 2MAD for 1 month.
Nope. I did 2MAD before. I only lose 3 kg in 50 days.
I have to decide.
OK, this is my decision:
EAT BREAKFAST AND LUNCH, AND SKIP DINNER. PLUS 36 HOURS FAST ONCE A MONTH FOR 6 MONTHS.
