Seriously, my priority is the 21 km Bukit Kiara Hill Run.
Now with my multiple ailments. I need to concentrate on fighting Sugar and Flour before I can correct the damages caused by them.
Sugar and Flour are the worst of the lot. They are worst than cigarettes.

For a start, no more pussyfooting on the issue of eating how many meals.
for sure NO dinner.
Then if I do OMAD, I eat lunch.
