4/11/22 ###I was there




The key is 79 kg.

Let's look [look] at the situation objectively.  Simply avoid Sugar and Flour.  I was there.  I did not hold on to what is right.

I need to feel good doing the right thing.

You know Sarah, of all the things that I did, being physically healthy is the most significant of them all.

I will keep repeating the model:
  • Most importantly, NO BREAKFAST
  • OMAD Lunch
  • No Sugar and Flour
  • No Fried Stuff
  • NO DINNER
  • Plenty of Tea and Coffee
