I need to fight for my weight reduction.
Weight is about calories in and calories out.
So I do OMAD Lunch. That is my way of losing weight.
The supplement is right. Now is to eat right and exercise more.
Cigarettes and dope have to stop.
I got to stop seeing Ijad and BJ.
No more buying outside food. These are all the fried stuff
No more smokers friends.
This is the foundation. Only after I overcome these challenges do I proceed to run.
No 3-in-1 coffee (very highly processed food) today. Do not drink your calories.
Another challenge is not sleeping during the day
No matter what, rhw Holy Grail is still in running.
