14/11/22 ***I have to stick to my decision

 It's a build-up process.  The decision is OMAD Lunch.  I am sticking with it.

I will not stop until I am 70 kg.


5 months passed and my weight doesn't budge.  Desperate time requires desperate measures.  I have to switch to OMAD.


At most I drink green tea.  I need a plan that lasts for 5 months.  Until Ramadan...

OMAD Lunch is that plan.  I am now experiencing insulin resistance.


WIN THE DAY.  Today I win over OMAD Lunch.  Need to do this for 2 weeks to get rid of sugar cravings.


What do I want?

Still, 21 km Bukit Kiara.

I am an athlete.  I need to think like an athlete.


I am saddened that up to this point I only achieved 7.7 km of Bukit Kiara.

I need to do more.  That I can only do when I quit Sugar and Flour.

I had found my anthem - The Best of Bon Jovi.


I shall be strong.  I shall fight my shortcomings and run Bukit Kiara.

But first, I win the day, every day for the next 4 1/2 months.
