14/11/22 ^^^The battle of Mitochondria Recovery has just begun

 The idea is to withstand sugar withdrawal for 3 weeks.  I need to stay thin and active.  No sleeping during the day.  Need to fight insulin resistance these next 21 days.


I ate a pinch of salt.  That avoided me from being sleepy.  I had a few chunks of pineapple too

Darn, still sleepy.


I ended up sleeping the whole afternoon.


Today is OMAD Lunch.
