19/12/22 ***I realized that I cannot simply cut food. I must eat right

 What is holding me back?  None other than Sugar and Flour.

I have to quit Sugar and Flour.  No matter what.

In addition, I need to exercise.


Back to Spartan Routine:

  1. One-hour morning walk
  2. Skip breakfast and drink ACV
  3. Lunch - Full Meal
  4. One-hour afternoon walk
  5. Dinner - Full meal
  6. Drink ACV
  7. Sleep by 9:30 pm

In between, I do OMEH.

I feel much better not taking the various medicationa.
